@AshJRT Yeah, well whatever you meant, what you said is that “you think
your arms and thighs are too big” and you seem to think that “toning them”
will make them smaller. Youll make them smaller by moving in general, not
doing body part specific exercises. Youll make them smaller by eating
better.

@AshJRT Yes I do :) The key is to perform all…eat well, cardio and
resistance training…the hard part is finding the most effective balance
between them all. since I am not familiar with you and your exercise
history and routine, I would say if your current balance isnt working,
making a change is key. I would, however, focus on circuit training with
intervals…hope that helps, please keep me updated…thank you and be

@EmpowerYourBody Thank YOU so much, well honestly I’m a lazy person, I eat
what I want and I hardly ever work out, only every once in a while, my
weight is 145 pounds and my height is 5’6″ I’m not fat I’m just not toned,
and the just knowing the fact that I have to do this 6 days a week if not
the whole week makes me even lazier lol but its summer and I REALLY wanna
be toned, my arms and thighs used to be but not anymore :( I love u alycia :)

thing as legs and arms workout? really? ofcours when u do exercises for a
certain part of ur body that way ur making effort and ur sweating witch
will make u lose weight, I know that, but there ARE exercises for every
part in ur body, like this one is for ur shoulders, my comment is very
clear and I’m pretty sure alycia knows what I mean.
